Kristen Field is a queer, non-binary writer from Melbourne, Australia. She earned her MFA in Writing for the Screen and Stage from Northwestern University and has worked with Chicago Dramatists, Redtwist, and Facility Theatre, among other collectives. Her plays have been produced as part of the Melbourne Fringe Festival and Theater Masters' Take Ten. Previous publications include Sway (Concord Theatricals) and Career Move (Feels Blind Literary) and her full-length play, sex/work, recently won the Judith Siegel Pearson Award for Drama from Wayne State University. She is currently teaching at Western Michigan University and working as the Drama Editor at Third Coast Magazine.
